Valencia celebrates that fallas have been considered a World Heritage

Valencia has celebrated yesterday, Sunday 11th of December, that fallas are now considered a world heritage. The celebration took place at 8pm in Torres de Serranos and has been a huge success.

During the celebration people, had been able to enjoy fireworks and the “cremà” of the falla that they made just for this occasion. The “cremà” consists in setting fire to the falla and contemplate hot it gets burned.

Moreover, the falleras mayor of this year have also attended to the celebration and have been the main character of this day. Before their speech some scenes have been projected in Torres de Serrano with different kind of color compositions that amazed the people who attended to the celebration. Their speech had the aim of being international soy they did it in three languages ​​- Valencian, Spanish and English-, so all people around the world could enjoy the celebration.
