The Valencian Tourism Board takes to Fitur 2019 the light of Valencia with “Try Valencia”

The Regional Government’s Tourism MP, Pilar Moncho, has presented the new graphic image of the Valencian Tourism Board, with the slogan “Try Valencia”. “The bright side of life”, will bring the light from Valencia to Fitur 2019. The director of the Board, Evarist Caselles, also attended the presentation.

As Moncho pointed out, “we are at the gates of Fitur, one of the most outstanding international tourism fairs and it is important that we all feel proud of who we are. We will show our uniqueness and, without a doubt, the light of Valencia is unique.”

In her speech, the tourism representative explained that throughout this term, “we have progressed step by step; first we launched a new brand to show who we are, Valencia Turisme; then we explained how we are, “food, living & sun”, and last year we came with the infinite reasons of the why Valencia, “Why V”.

This is why, in the words of Pilar Moncho, “let us now take a step forward to say that the brightest choice is Valencia”. Our light is unique, everyone who visits us and ourselves falls in love with it, it is one of our greatest blessings and, with it, and we go to Fitur”.

A tale and a story made of images

One of the novelties with which Valencia Turisme goes to Fitur is the video, produced by the Valencian company Isoaventura, which puts images “to the story we want to tell in tourist events, to our tale”, explains Pilar Moncho.

In the video, two friends, an American and a Valencian, meet in Valencia after years of absence and remember the fantastic experiences lived here. Claire assures at the end of the tape that, “The best of Valencia, are you”.

Collaboration with companies

In his speech, Evarist Caselles encouraged the city councils to take advantage of the fair to promote their local products to the maximum and invited them to echo on social networks the labels used by Valencia Turisme this year in Fitur: #TryValencia and #ValenciaTurisme.

Valencia Turisme comes to Fitur with three major proposals: Del Tros al Plat (a culinary event), Film València, and the new models of marketing tourism products, developed from workshops organized by the Patronat De Turisme in recent months to connect tourist products and marketing platforms.
