Come to Alcoy and enjoy Moors and Christians festivity

If you are visiting the Valencian Country and you want to learn more about Moors & Christians festivity, you can go to Alcoy from the 21st to the 24th of April and enjoy this festivity.

Moors and Christians is a festivity which is held in honour of Saint Blas, patron of the town. This particular festivity is one of the oldest and one of the most popular ones in Spain. Fireworks, music and bands, spectacular parades, processions and the deafening sound of gunpowder are the main ingredients of this colourful tradition. The highlight is the Entrà, when over 2,000 people participate in an amazing parade of floats.
